I've changed my mind about my order...

If you change your mind, we accept returns within 28 days from when you receive the delivery. You will need to post the product back to us, and it must be in resellable condition for a refund to process, and if in any packaging, unopened. We will process your refund on receipt of the items.

I've received faulty goods, what do I do?

If you have received goods which are faulty, please let us know right away at and provide a picture. You have 14 days from receipt of delivery to notify us of faulty goods. If you do so we will not require the product to be returned, but will instead send you a replacement copy.
