You and your order

To shop with us, you’ll need to be over 18 and using a debit or credit card that you are authorised to use.

We ship to addresses in Australia and accept Australian Dollars ($AUD) only. There is currently no GST charged on our products.


We try our best to deliver all goods to you within 10 working days of your order. However, there may sometimes be delays. If we think your games are going to take more than 10 working days to arrive to you, we’ll let you know.

Pre-ordered products are the exception to this. All pre-orders should state an estimated month of delivery.


Change of Mind

If you change your mind, we accept returns within 28 days from when you receive the delivery. You will need to post the product back to us, and it must be in resellable condition for a refund to process, and if in any packaging, unopened. We will process your refund on receipt of the return.

Faulty Goods

If you have received goods which are faulty, please let us know right away at admin@rpgbookshelf.com.au and provide a picture. You have 14 days from receipt of delivery to notify us of faulty goods. If you do so we will not require the product to be returned, but will instead send you a replacement copy.

Legal stuff

We have the right to amend, remove or vary our services and/or any part of the Website (including our T&Cs) at any time.
